  General Terms

Gobaji (hereinafter referred to as "we", "the platform", or "the site") is an online betting and gaming platform operating under the gobaji.app domain. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between gobaji and its users.

By accessing gobaji, registering, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using gobaji.

  Registration & Account

After registration, gobaji may initiate a KYC (identity verification) process at any time. You may be required to submit a national ID, passport, or other valid documents. Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC is complete.

Use a strong password to keep your account secure and never share it with anyone. gobaji will never ask for your password by phone or email.

  Deposits & Withdrawals

Gobaji supports deposits via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other mobile banking methods. The transaction terms are outlined below:

• Minimum deposit: ৳300 (three hundred BDT).
• Maximum deposit: Up to ৳5,00,000 (five lakh BDT) per day.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Withdrawal processing time: Typically within 30 minutes to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawing via the same method used for your deposit is the safest and recommended option.

Gobaji does not charge any deposit fees. However, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply. Withdrawals are also generally free of additional charges, though bank fees may apply in certain circumstances.

If any unusual transaction is detected, gobaji reserves the right to temporarily hold a payment while an investigation is conducted. Users will be notified by email or SMS during this time.

  Bonuses & Promotions

Gobaji regularly offers bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which are detailed on the bonus page. The general bonus policy is as follows:

• Accepting a bonus requires completing the specified wagering requirement (typically 10x to 30x).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fulfilled.
• The welcome bonus is available to each user once only.
• Bonus wagering must be completed within the specified timeframe, or the bonus will expire.
• Gobaji reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

  Betting Rules

• Money laundering or any transactions involving illegal funds.
• Impersonating another user or accessing their account.
• Threatening or harassing gobaji or other users.

If any of the above activities are detected, gobaji reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, forfeit the balance, and pursue legal action where applicable.
